At BoulderGain, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, and have all original tags attached.
• Exclusions: Sale items or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.

Return Window

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at support@bouldergain.com to begin the return process.
2. If eligible, we will provide you with a return label (see “Return Shipping Fees”).
3. Carefully package the item and ship it back to the address provided.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for a different size or color, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping Fees

• Domestic Orders (Tunisia): Return shipping is covered by BoulderGain. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you.
• International Orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Exceptions and Restrictions

• Underwear and hygiene-related items are not eligible for returns, except in the case of visible defects.
• Items damaged due to improper use or care will not be accepted.

For International Customers

• International returns must include all necessary invoices to avoid customs delays. BoulderGain does not cover additional taxes or customs fees.
