Our Commitment
At BoulderGain, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your new gear arrives safely and on time, so you can start making your mark without delay.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Options, Times & Costs
We offer the following shipping options. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs, carrier issues, or during peak periods. “Business days” do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress on our Track Your Order page or directly via the carrier’s website.
International Shipping (Customs, Duties & Taxes)
For orders shipped to destinations outside of [votre pays/zone d’expédition principale, ex: the European Union], please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. BoulderGain has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of order. BoulderGain is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense, or process a refund for the items (excluding original shipping costs).
