Our Return Policy
You can return most new, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We believe in the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the best experience.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and labels attached.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, if applicable.
- The return is initiated within 30 days from the date you received your order.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, items such as undergarments, socks (if opened), and water bottles (if used) cannot be returned. Gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our Customer Support team via our Contact Us page or email us at support@bouldergain.com.
- Provide Details: Include your Order ID (e.g., BG12345), the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s), including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without an RA number.
Shipping Your Return
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Packaging: Please ensure your return is well-packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, please discuss exchange options with our Customer Support team when you initiate your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@bouldergain.com with your Order ID and photos of the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve the problem.
